植物激素与种子发育

薛红卫 讲席教授

现任中国植生学会、植物学会、作物学会常务理事,上海遗传学会副理事长,Molecular Horticulture共同主编,Cell Research、Molecular Plant、Plant Cell and Environment 等期刊编委/副主编。1998年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,2004年获基金委“杰出青年”基金。国家重大研究计划项目首席科学家,国家自然科学基金委创新研究群体负责人。曾获中国青年科技奖、上海市自然科学二等奖、上海市科技进步二等奖等。迄今主编论著2部,以通讯作者在Nature Plants,Nature Communications,Cell Research,EMBO J,Plant Cell和Molecular Plant等发表论文80余篇,应邀在Current Opinion in Plant Biology 等撰写综述。

主要从事植物激素作用及种子发育调控机制的研究。研究内容包括:蛋白酶体及蛋白磷酸化参与激素作用的机制;激素信号重要调控因子、激素间及激素与磷脂信号互作调控植物发育的分子机理;水稻重要性状的遗传和表观遗传调控机制;马铃薯功能基因组学。
