细胞器功能与逆境生物学
本实验室以拟南芥、马铃薯、番茄为研究材料,运用生物化学、细胞生物学、转录组与蛋白组学及生物信息学等多种研究手段,开展叶绿体逆向信号、前体蛋白过量积累胁迫(cPOS)的响应机制、温度胁迫等方向的研究,解析这些途径在光合作用调控、温度适应性、植物细胞分化等过程中的作用,并为马铃薯、番茄等重要园艺作物的改良提供依据。
